University of Minnesota, Waseca / Southern School of Agriculture Alumni Association Scholarships - Application Deadline: January 9, 2026

Arcadian Bank Scholarship - Application Deadline: April 1, 2026. For graduating students interested in 2 or 4 year accredited university, college, or technical school.  Up to $5,000 in scholarships.

Freeborn County Pork Producer Ambassador Scholarship - Application Deadline: April 1, 2026. For graduating seniors with plans to attend post-secondary School in agricultural related field or business related to pork industry, (1) $750.

Hertz Farm Management, Inc. Future of Agriculture Scholarship - Application Deadline: April 15, 2026. This scholarship is intended for students who demonstrate academic achievement, leadership potential, and a strong desire to make a lasting impact in the agricultural community. Whether your interest lies in crop science, ag technology, animal health, sustainable farming, agribusiness, or another ag-related field, we’re excited to support your educational journey, (3) $1,000 scholarships in the state of MN.

Southern Lakes Angling and Spearing Scholarship - Application Deadline: April 24, 2026. $1,000+ offered to applicants pursuing a 2 or 4-year degree in a natural resources field or closely relate field.

St. John Lutheran Church Scholarship - Application Deadline: April 30, 2026. For Steele County residents enrolling in a full-time undergraduate program attending an accredited community college, university, or technical/vocational school. The applicant does NOT need to be a member of St. John Lutheran Church.

Jennie-O Scholarship - Application Deadline: March 1, 2026. For children of full-time team members or team members enrolling in higher education full-time.

Lineworker Scholarship - First Year (FMEC) - Application Deadline: March 1, 2026. Any applicant enrolling in a lineworker program or any applicant who can prove they are on a waiting list for the next open enrollment period, (2) $1,000 scholarships.

Lineworker Scholarship - Second Year (FMEC) - Application Deadline: March 1, 2026. Any applicant enrolling in a lineworker program or any applicant who can prove they are on a waiting list for the next open enrollment period, (2) $1,000 scholarships.

Mayo Clinic Health System Scholarship - Application Deadline: March 13, 2026. For graduating high school seniors entering a healthcare field at an accredited college or technical school, (10) $1,000 scholarships in the Albert Lea service area.

Naeve Hospital Auxiliary Scholarship - Application Deadline: March 13, 2026. For graduating high school seniors entering a healthcare field at an accredited college or technical school.

A.C.E. Scholarship - Application Deadline: March 20, 2026. Steele County residents.

Luck of the Draw (FMEC) - Application Deadline: March 20, 2026. Must be a graduating senior who resides in the Freeborn Mower Electric Cooperative Services territory.

Youth of the Year Award - Application Deadline: March 20, 2026. Steele County residents.

Owatonna Lions Trade Oriented Scholarship - Application Deadline: March 26, 2026. Open to all Steele County residents.  For trades-oriented education, (multiple) $1,000 scholarships.

Freeborn County Farm Bureau Scholarship - Application Deadline: March 30, 2026. For graduating seniors residing in Freeborn County who will be pursuing higher education in an agricultural related field, (1) $500 scholarship awarded.

Steele County Farm Bureau Scholarship - Application Deadline: March 30, 2026. For graduating seniors residing in Steele County who will be pursuing higher education in an agricultural related field, (1) $500 scholarship awarded.

Main Street Dental Scholarship - Application Deadline: May 1, 2026. Must be a Main Street Dental patient going into a dental related field, up to (5) $1,000 scholarships awarded.

Minnesota Association of Townships (MAT) Scholarship - Application Deadline: June 1, 2026. High School JUNIORS only, (5) $2,000 scholarships.

American Legion Post #296 & VFW Post #8941 Scholarship - Application Deadline: March 20, 2026. For graduating seniors at a post-secondary school, (1 or 2) $500 scholarships.

Community Foundation of Ellendale Scholarship - Application Deadline: March 20, 2026. For graduating seniors planning on post secondary education, (2) $750 scholarships.

Connors Skilled Trades Scholarship - Application Deadline: March 20, 2026. For graduating seniors looking for a career in the trades, (1) $1,000 scholarship.

Darrol and Pauline Sponberg Memorial Scholarship - Application Deadline:  March 20, 2026.  For graduating seniors planning on attending 2-4 year college, (2, boy and girl ) $750 scholarships.

Donovan Eaker (ECAG) Scholarship - Application Deadline: March 20, 2026. For graduating seniors looking for a career in business, arts, medical field, or an Ag related occupation, (1 ) $500 scholarship.

Education MN-NRHEG Scholarship - Application Deadline: March 20, 2026. For graduating seniors entering college or technical school, (up to 5) $500 scholarships.

E.F. Johnson Foundation Grant - Application Deadline: March 20, 2026. For graduating seniors pursuing a science, math or technology related major, (1) $3,000 scholarship.

Ellendale Fire Department Relief Association Scholarship - Application Deadline: March 20, 2026. Graduating NRHEG student interested in trade school or vocational degree.  (3) $1,000.

"Forever Farming" Memorial Scholarship - Application Deadline: March 20, 2026. For graduating seniors with a "passion for farming" looking for a degree in agriculture, (1) $500 scholarship.

Harold and Bonita Ackman/Myron and Caryn Wendt - Application Deadline:  March 20, 2026.  For graduating seniors furthering their education at any post-secondary, (1 or 2) $500 scholarships.

Lions Club Scholarship, New Richland & Ellendale Chapters - Application Deadline: March 20, 2026. For graduating seniors at a post-secondary school, (1) $750 scholarship & (2) $500 scholarships.

Lyle & Helen Wayne Agricultural Scholarship - Application Deadline: March 20, 2026. For graduating seniors to further their education in the agricultural field, (1 or 2) $1,500 to $3,000 scholarships.

Memories Car Club Scholarship - Application Deadline: March 20, 2026. For NRHEG graduate interested in auto mechanics, auto body or related field, (1) $500 scholarship.

NRHEG Alumni Association Scholarship - Application Deadline: March 20, 2026. Offers (2) $200 scholarships to graduating seniors. Based on Attendance (grades 9-12), continuing education, must complete the application and submit an essay.

Steele-Waseca Cooperative Electric Scholarship - Application Deadline: March 20,2026. For SWCE members or his/her dependant who are graduating seniors who plan to attend a college or technical school, (1) $1,000 scholarship.

Zola Mae Reese Memorial Scholarship - Application Deadline: March 20, 2026. For graduating seniors attending a 4 year college, (2) $500 scholarships.

Maple Island Park Association Scholarship - Application Deadline: March 23, 2026. For graduating seniors, (up to 10) $2,000 scholarships.

Finly Budach Memorial Scholarship - Application Deadline: March 31, 2026.  For graduating seniors at a post secondary to further education in medical/health science or a field directly related to helping children, (up to 7) $1,000 scholarships.

Federated Insurance Scholarship - Application Deadline: April 1, 2026. For graduating seniors who are pursuing a post-secondary education in actuarial, any related business major, computer science/management information systems, math, marketing, or human resources, (1) $2,000 scholarship.
